The Perfectionist – Malaika Khan!
Hey, I’m Malaika Khan! I’m a 6th semester Finance student studying in the
Institute of Management Sciences. I plan to take a gap year to apply for
universities abroad and maybe give my CSS exam. I will also be working at the
same time, hopefully.

What are 3 skills you learnt in your BS?
I learned Content Marketing (not through my degree), research design, Statistics.
Your favorite book/show:
Pride and prejudice. Watched it 8 times and read the book 6 times.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Living a glamorous life. Working at a multinational and taking a few trips abroad
every year. Having lots of cats.
What’s the best thing about a Business degree? / biggest benefit:
It teaches you to be presentable. You meet people who are engaged in various
jobs like e-commerce and you learn a lot from them.
What’s your advice to future interns?
If you’re looking for a place where you can implement your event ideas and meet
people who can help you out in your endeavors, then CLLB would be a great
option for you. The management here is very open to new ideas and will surely
help you flourish.
You joined CLLB during COVID-19. Talk about your experience.
I attended the Namlas 3-day photography course at CLLB. Being at CLLB has
been a wholesome experience for me. I got to meet people that shared my sense
of humor and understood my Lingo better. I also got a lot of valuable insights
from my interview with Sir Bilal when I was entering CLLB as an intern. All in all,
it’s been great.
What’s an accomplishment you’re most proud of?
Back in 2019, I was one of the 13 students from all over Pakistan who got
selected to attend the NUS enterprise Summer exchange program on
entrepreneurship at the National University of Singapore. It was an experience
that changed me as a person.
