Student Members organized Manifest 2021, a weeklong summer school for highschoolers of Peshawar. Summer school participants attended a week-long program with interest-exploration masterclasses and activities on a diverse disciplines of law, business, philosophy, arts, filmmaking, psychology and economics. Speakers and instructors included Dr. Shuja Ahmad, Philosophy Department, University of Peshawar; Asif Khan, Faculty Member IIUI; Maida Waheed, Faculty Member IMSciences; Johum Saif, Architect Peshawar Museum and Hussain Ahmad Khan, Content Manager Blimp. “What was planned to be a summer school, turned into something new in wake of all the rising COVID-19 restrictions. It ended up being a 8 day interactive learning platform, one so fresh and full of energy, it’s surprising we don’t use this format of learning more often. Looking back, it is really close to my heart, as it is for everyone involved in it. I really hope we can bring it back this year on a much bigger scale” said Haroon Nadeem, Summer School Director.
